Description

'Taking classes with Mo is like diving into a treasure chest of wisdom, laughter, insights, tears, questions, answers, and so much more. Judith M  (therapist in USA)'

This workshop offers an opportunity to relax, refresh and recharge while gaining tools that can be used for personal self-care and introduced to clients. Self-care and professional development at the same time!

Journaling is very versatile and can be used for many different purposes - to gain clarity, deepen self-awareness, manage stress, get in touch with feelings, create plans for the future, reflect on the past, capture memories, increase understanding of ourselves or others, offer a place for reflection, help build resilience, express emotions – the list goes on.

Journaling can enhance a client’s engagement during  counselling; and because it fosters self-reliance, it offers a valuable resource for clients to use after counselling has ended.

Journals come in all shapes. sizes and mediums. They can be filled with words, doodles, images, colours, ephemera, memories, hopes, dreams, and so much more. A source of inner wisdom and resilience building materials.  Nurture and nourishment.

Learn how to tap into the versality of journaling to meet different needs.

No previous experience of journaling required.
